Detailed Job Description/ Responsibilities:
Acquire and maintain assets and data from A&R, marketing, studio and various sources (e.g. instrumentals, files, remixes, publishing information, 3rd party rights and sample information) Manage and coordinate ticket solicitations, show invites/outreach, ticket distribution and delivery Maintain and develop internal systems and databases Create and distribute internal Sync Alerts, artist licensing history and pitch/target reports Execute digital and physical delivery of music and marketing information to clients Liaise daily and network with colleagues at music departments at film studios, television networks, music supervisors and trailer houses Collect and organize information on upcoming projects and schedules from studios, networks, music supervisors, trailer houses and trade resources Organize artist showcases with film studios, television networks and music supervision community Required Competencies/Skills: 0-2 years of experience MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint Knowledge and understanding of synchronization process Must be organized, reliable and a people person The ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment Education Required/Preferred: Some college Our Company is committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity and will not discriminate against an applicant or employee on the basis of age, sex, sexual orientation, race, color, creed, religion, ethnicity, national Origin, alienage or citizenship, disability, marital status, familial status, military or veteran status, or any other legal recognized protected basis under federal, state or local laws, regulations or ordinances.
