To support growth, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Client Services Team. This role calls for someone who can quickly grasp our existing products, services and systems, and successfully combine their analytical, account management, and relationship-building skills to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will be involved in:

  • High level client relationship management; delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client requirements are met at all times
  • Promoting and selling Nightlife products and services to existing clients
  • Developing and managing commercial relationships and music licensing strategies in consultation with other departments
  • Working with the Business Development and Client Retention teams to convert trials and manage cancellations
  • Mentoring Account Representatives and Technical Advisors in the Client Services team
  • Providing comprehensive training for clients on all aspects of Nightlife System functionality, and using our suite of apps to drive entertainment in venues
  • Music and video management – supporting a detailed briefing process to ensure the right mix of music, video and digital signage is utilized in clients’ venues

Selection Criteria - for your application to be considered, please address in your cover letter:

  • Professional and positive phone manner with 4+ years sales and customer service experience in a similar role, ideally working with computer and audio / visual technology or music
  • Demonstrated project management skills with a meticulous eye for detail
  • Team Leader experience in a client services environment
  • Demonstrated ability to master unfamiliar software quickly, with experience utilizing the Microsoft office suite
  • Exceptional oral and written communication; high-level negotiation and conflict resolution skill
  • Ability to support on-call staff and deliver crowdDJ® training outside of core business hours on a limited basis
