About our Internship Program:

Internships Are

Warner Music Canada partners with accredited educational institutions to provide internship opportunities to eligible students. The Program is designed to be mutually rewarding and provides students with the opportunity to gain real world experience in the music industry.

For academic credit only – if you cannot receive academic credit, you will not be considered for an interview

Unpaid, but we do provide a small daily stipend

Available in the city and the semester as indicated in each Job Posting

Limited to students enrolled in a Program that’s in the same province as the internship opportunity

About The Position

The Artist Services team manages the following business units for Warner Music Canada: Retail Merchandise, License & Brand Partnership Merchandise, Online Retail store, Tour Merchandise & Tour related offers, and Distributed Labels. As an Artist Services Intern, you will have the opportunity to observe and assist the Artist Services team with Warner Music Canada artists, Warner Music Group roster and Distributed labels.


Support the Artist Services team in day to day activities

Assist with product and store setup

Setup new release RN’s and update titles

Research artist’s tour schedules within Canada

Manage product inventory

Other duties as assigned


Ability to commit to a work schedule of 2-3 days/week

Excellent time management, organizational skills and detail oriented

Eager to learn and be proactive with new tasks

High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

Experience With Photoshop Preferred
