|What You’ll Be Doing:
The Project Coordinator helps plan, direct, and carry out electronic communications and audiovisual installation projects from initial point of sale to final customer acceptance – the project type, size and complexity will vary and be determined by the Technical Services Manager.
Work with the Technical Services Manager and Project Managers to assist in formulating a project plan that provides for delivery of the project installation to the Company’s customers within the time and budget parameters.
This role would act as the primary or secondary contact between the Company and Customer. Specific responsibilities would include assisting in scheduling and attending client project meetings (if required) and/or internal team meetings. In addition, this role would aid in addressing complaints and resolving problems raised by team members and/or customers.
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
Prior experience in the service, installation, or design of audio, video, audiovisual and presentation systems is preferred.
Ability to interpret engineering schematics and to communicate design intent to employees.
Ability to exercise independent judgment in decision-making is essential to the position.
Communication, leadership, and customer relation skills have direct results on success in this position.
Computer skills: Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel – the person must have computer literacy skills and knowledge, proficiency in word processing, documents scanning, and spreadsheets.
