The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our sales and marketing departments by coordinating a variety of tactical activities and tasks. This position is responsible for content marketing creation and coordination, as well as, maintains our social media initiatives by writing and posting professional and relevant information on PaRs social media sites. This position also is responsible for administration of PaRs CRM (SalesForce).
Responsibilities include: Provide support to the Sales and Marketing Department. Assist the marketing manager with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested. Assist in the implementation and delivery of new CRM. Serve as administrator of our database system. Ensure the integrity and quality of data in CRM. Responsible for growing and enhancing the functionality of CRM. Organize the production of branded promotional items and monitors inventory (brochures, stationery and merchandise). Writing and producing marketing communications, such as flyers, brochures, digital content, and exhibition-related materials. Manage PaRs video content. Coordinate and organize the creation of website content and deliver content via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, email, or direct mail. Manage social media sites; write, secure business-related articles of relevance and post on PaRs social media platforms. Coordinate tradeshows: registration and coordinating marketing displays, logistics, and other requirements. Support marketing manager with meeting planning, scheduling, preparation and note taking during meetings as needed. Other marketing or administrative duties as requested. Participates on PaRs internal social committee. Supports phone roll-over as needed.
Requirements of the role: Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) Marketing or Communications 2+ years of experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks & deadlines. Demonstrated problem solving and analytical capabilities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills - proven ability to collaborate with others Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (including Excel and PowerPoint) Experience in administration of a CRM (SalesForce) and marketing automation tools. Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Intermediate-advanced experience with Adobe design software: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat. Intermediate-advanced experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, a plus). Advanced experience as a content publisher on social media: LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. Experience with a website CMS (WordPress and/or Concrete5, a plus). Experience with an email marketing system (Mail Chimp, Constant Contact or other) a plus.
