What is the opportunity?
The Marketing Services Specialist is responsible for development and production of marketing materials for the purpose of promoting the RBC GAM‐US and BlueBay investment management capabilities and facilitating the firm’s sales and marketing efforts. This position will also develop and deliver content for email and websites in alignment with business objectives.
What will you do?
Develop and produce new marketing presentations in cooperation with sales, marketing and compliance personnel
Assist in maintenance of quarterly pitchbooks, product sheets, commentaries and other marketing collateral for priority strategies
Design and develop graphics/animation for use in presentations, video productions, email communications, websites or other electronic media
Develop and produce new HTML email content in cooperation with sales, marketing and compliance personnel
Assist in maintenance of RBC GAM‐US website, microsites and sharepoint site
Collaborate with Marketing Services Manager to develop and produce appropriate graphic design and ensure quality and consistency within brand standards
Work with Marketing Services Manager to create new projects or complete projects already in the pipeline
Participate in multiple, simultaneous projects and effectively communicate project status, issues, and resolutions
Research and select photos, and other design components, to meet brand standards
What do you need to succeed?
Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of experience in digital marketing/graphic design
Proficiency in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) and Adobe InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop
Must have experience with HTML and digital marketing/social media
Great organizational skills, strong project management skills and ability to multitask
financial industry experience
