Job Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Photoshop and Desk Top Publishing.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce if preferred.
  • Ability to work will in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent team development and leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Social media savvy.
  • Nielsen and Scarborough experience a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
Job Description
  • Provide support to the Sales management team.
  • Work with other departments on resolving sales related issues.
  • Generate and process contracts, proposals, correspondence, presentations and other tasks for Account Executives.
  • Draft sales proposals and maintain master log.
  • Maintain accurate and organized hard copy and electronic filing system.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce database and run reports for management.
  • Support staff in assigned project based work.
  • Interact with clients.
  • Gatekeeper of all client contact information, locations and data for sales team: ensuring information is up-to-date at all times.
  • Attend weekly department meetings.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects, reports, etc. as business needs require.
  • General clerical duties (photocopying, phones, scanning, mailing, filing)
