JOB SUMMARY: This person is a member of the Marketing Communications Team and their focus is to assist in the production of audio, video, print and display media for Douglas Machine Inc. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned: 
Produce Audio/Visual sales presentations for both internal and external use, also including high production videos for promotional use. Writing copy and recording narration may be required. As outlined in the video process, schedule, setup, and shoot videos of all machines. Responsible for the video library, including the generation and maintenance of a comprehensive video index. Originates orientation videos and internal/external training videos. Travel less than 10% of the time, as needed. Responsible for complying with all safety policies and procedures. 
This role also assists with other Marketing activities. 
Assist in the production of print, electronic & digital media. Responsible for Social Media content, postings and management of posts. As required, assist in trade show logistics.

This individual should have a background in video production including the utilization of a variety of audio/visual and computer equipment and software; Adobe Pro Creative Cloud Suite is preferred. This individual should demonstrate skills in typing, along with visual, verbal and written communication. They should also have good organizational skills and a good understanding of mechanical systems and/or packaging equipment. Social media experience preferred but not required.
