We are seeking an Assistant Event Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for organizing important events from conception through completion.
From every real-time customer interaction, we use data collecting techniques and then apply proprietary analytics to identify key success levers. The result is a strategic plan that ensures ideal product placement and service analytics for fast results.
- Coordinate all event merchandising and personnel
- Manage on-site pop-up
- Distribute supplies and inventory to event locations
- Research and identify successful event opportunities
- Assist with customer inquires at promotions
- Previous experience in event planning or other related fields
- Strong project managing skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to work well in teams
