We are seeking an Assistant Event Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for organizing important events from conception through completion.

From every real-time customer interaction, we use data collecting techniques and then apply proprietary analytics to identify key success levers. The result is a strategic plan that ensures ideal product placement and service analytics for fast results.


  • Coordinate all event merchandising and personnel
  • Manage on-site pop-up
  • Distribute supplies and inventory to event locations
  • Research and identify successful event opportunities
  • Assist with customer inquires at promotions


  • Previous experience in event planning or other related fields
  • Strong project managing skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work well in teams
