To organize, service and coordinate all aspects of Foundation Member’s requests and to support the Foundation Sales Team in administrative duties.
Fielding incoming telephone calls for Foundation Sales department
Maintain departmental files
Update and maintain membership database
Generate membership reports
Accurately and expeditiously coordinate all ticket, retail and dinner reservation request
Offer additional concierge services to members whenever possible, i.e., reservations at hotels, other venues or show tickets at other venues
Assist in coordinating quarterly member events
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
Skills in interpersonal communication and teamwork
Ability to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently
Time management skills
High School Diploma
Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms
Point of Sales knowledge
Physical Demands/Working Environment:
Working environment is fast-paced, often loud and stressful
Tolerance for loud music
Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet
Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques
