Background: The Reno Aces, Triple-A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks, and Reno 1868 FC, top affiliate of the San Jose Earthquakes, are both world-class organizations which take pride in their teamwork, professionalism, accountability, and dedication. The teams share a home at Greater Nevada Field in the heart of downtown Reno. Greater Nevada Field is also home to a one-of-a-kind four-venue restaurant and entertainment venue, Slaughter House in the month of October – the area’s largest haunted house – and Reno’s only outdoor ice rink from November to February. Position Summary: The Digital Media Coordinator is a seasonal position (February 2018 to October 2018). The Coordinator will assist the Creative Manager in all graphic design and video production needs for the Reno Aces, Reno 1868 FC and Greater Nevada Field. Job Duties: 
Work closely with the Creative Manager to ensure projects are completed within deadline and reflect the Reno Aces and Reno 1868 FC brand standards 
Assist multiple departments with graphic design and marketing needs including, but not limited to Ticket Sales and Corporate Partnerships 
Create graphics for print and digital needs including, but not limited to brochures, flyers, ticket artwork, videoboard graphics and marketing advertisements 
Develop and produce video for the Reno Aces, Reno 1868 FC and Greater Nevada Field social media platforms and websites 
Participate in marketing planning meetings and prepare summary of action items as required 
Meet company deadlines and deliverables on time 
Manage multiple projects from concept to finish while meeting the high expectations of the organization and clients 
Other duties as assigned Qualifications: · Preferred minimum 1-year work experience in graphic design and/or video production · Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office · Outstanding communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills to manage and work well with different personalities · Creative, energetic and proactive mentality · Highly organized, quick learner and ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines · High level of demonstrated professionalism and integrity · Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required · Must be able to work 40+ hours per week
