The Media Coordination Assistant will provide specialized administrative and clerical functions in support of company marketing and customer relations management teams.

Job duties include: Digital video and animated graphics production and editing.

Build and maintain excel databases for target marketing & customer relations program management.

Provide specialized administrative and clerical support to multiple department heads.

Special projects management.

Required skill sets include:

Expert knowledge of MS Excel & MS PowerPoint

Experienced in set-up and management of video shoots (including set-up of lighting, video, and audio recording equipment)

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects

Basic audio processing, including compression, noise removal, sound mixing, etc.

1-2 years of multimedia production experience preferred

Pre-production planning, scriptwriting, and storyboarding are a plus

Extensive experience with DSLR photography and photo editing software

Solid knowledge of MS Word and Outlook

General office skills

Must possess valid driver license


Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Able to self-govern and work independently with limited supervision

Ability to take direction
